Made to order
Your item is printed after you order and fulfilled through Printify. Production takes place before shipping; production time varies and is additional to carrier transit time.

Shipping charges
Shipping is charged separately from the product price. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Charges may increase for additional items.

Delivery estimates
Standard U.S. shipping is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Production time is additional. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production volume, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking and addresses
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately about an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

Delivery problems
For a missing, delayed, damaged, or returned shipment, contact support@northtexashometown.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate. Please contact us before sending any item back.
